Ratings & Reviews for Greenworks 24-volt 10-in Straight Shaft Battery String Trimmer Edger Conversion Capable

Bought two! Both stopped working within one month

This was the second of two of these that I bought. The first one quit working within two weeks, and the second one quit working within three weeks The head just stopped spinning on each one of those. I could hear them running, but they were not spinning

Greenworks string trimmer

This trimmer lasted less than 20 hours. Junk.

Does not advance string

Does not advance string and yes I was following the directions

Works great

Works great for a battery powered trimmer; powerful for thick grass. Glad I don’t have to pull out an extension cord anymore.

Works well enough as an edger too

Works well once you get the hang of it

Great

Easy to use and great for my small yard

I use it 4 times. It’s good so far

Very simple to use

Might be good if you can put it together

This assembly process and instructions are poor. Getting the handle onto the shaft is apparently impossible with the plastic spacer that is present to ensure it grips the shaft. Might be a solid product, but if I can't finish the assembly I can't find out.

well pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Does not work when the grass over grown. Brought a second one for a relative.

Worth every penny

Motor finally gave out :( on me....battery still charges and holds a charge very well!!! Really impressed with GREENWORKS....had a Kobalt but broke after 1 y

Fine for light work but not for heavy duty use.

Works fine but a bit flimsy

Once assembled, it's easy to use - starts easily, b...

Works well just wish batteries would last longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. I think it's a good value for the price but I wish the batteries lasted longer

Great Features and Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for my 60th birthday and I couldn't be any happier.. I absolutely love this trimmer. I'm a tiny woman and this fits me super well.
