Grass edges watch out!

80ing trimmer came with a complete kit including extra "string". Does a great job.in both normal.and turbo settings G etting an even edge trim along side walks, driveways, and trees or other obstructructions. Most even trim of any trimmer we've used previously!

Expensive replacement battery

The trimmer works well but it is a little heavy due to the battries weight. Expensive to replace trimmer feed line and battery is very expensive, I hope it lasts a long time before it dies.

Must buy

This new trimmer head is 10x easier to load the string than the original head. Highly recommend this purchase.

80V package not very impressive

Purchased: March 12, 2026 - 80v mower, trimmer, blower combo Notes: First purchase of battery powered mower. Yard is small (6,000 sqft). St. Augustine grass. Pros: Sturdy construction, made in USA, blower is awesome Cons: Battery runs out after 30 minutes. Purchased 80v for longer run time. Trimmer is heavy and cumbersome. I'm still using my old Ryobi trimmer because it is so light and easy to use. Was going to buy a Greenworks edger attachment and extra 80v battery, but Ryobi edger with battery...

Not great

Really disappointed in this replacement. Why can't they provide one just like the original? First to get more string you have to hit the green button against the ground and green stuff shows up on the sidewalk. Secondly, and this is might be my fault, but replacing the string isn't as intuitive. The unfortunate thing is everywhere I look, all the replacements are just like this one.

Great Power

I've had this trimmer for a few months now, and i'm very impressed by how much power it has as well as great runtime. It has lasted well over an hour a few times now with power to spare. Charge time is about an hour, sometimes less. Cutting is very strong, and i've never had to use the higher output setting on it. I do recommend getting the shoulder strap like I did. The unit is a bit heavy. I would compare the electric to a gas powered trimmer as far as weight goes. Pretty similar. Definitely a...

Tight fit

The compatibility of the product is overstated. I had to file the string openings for proper fit. However, I would purchase the same product again.
