Would Not RecommendI liked the saw at first. Now the chain won’t stay on, and no replacement chains are available. I haven’t used it much, haven’t even recharged the battery yet. Upon closer inspection, a tooth has broken off the chain, which may be the root of my problems. The reach is good but awkward when all 3 lengths are together due to the weight of the saw on such a long pole. It is powerful enough to get the job done.

Would Not RecommendThe chain does not get tight enough and you have to constantly retighten the chain or it will fall off. It also leaks a lot of chain oil making a huge mess. Unsafe!! Don't waste your money!

Poor chain reliability
Would Not RecommendI really wanted to like this chainsaw because it's lightweight, easy to handle, and comfortable to use. I also have other Greenworks products that are amazing! Unfortunately, the experience went downhill immediately. As soon as I removed the blade guard, the chain fell off. I managed to put it back on and used it once, but the chain kept slipping off during use. That made it frustrating and raised concerns about reliability. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this chainsaw.

Would RecommendTrimming our smaller trees on 2 acres was so much easier with this mini chainsaw! I have a torn rotator cuff and this will make yard work easier and safer.
