Line Won't Autofeed
I want to love this trimmer, it's powerful and gets the job done...for the first 5 minutes then it's a nightmare. I cannot get it to line to autofeed and the bump method doesn't work either. As soon as the string gets too short I have to take the entire thing apart and respool the line. So what should take me less than 15 minutes to do is taking me over an hour.

Frustrating for my older Greenworks Trimmer
I have an older Greenworks trimmer and cannot find a video or get anyone to help me figure out how to install it. I have used the chat and all anyone can do is send me the manual which I already have. I know that this is the correct head, as we had one installed before, but I was not shown how to install it and I can't figure it out.

Would Not RecommendMy purchase price was returned after I purchased this product because the spool was no longer available. I have been waiting months and have been calling stores within 50 miles to try and purchase this part and no one has it. I am very sorry I purchased this line trimmer as I only got to use it 3 times before needing to replace the spool.
