Would Not RecommendI got this nest thermostat because I can control it with my phone. after only 8 months of having it it stopped connecting to the app and wifi. I decided to keep using it like that now it looses charge withing 2 days. and it still can't connect. worst product ever

Would RecommendWe purchased two thermostats since we have separate upstairs and downstairs AC units, and they’ve been a game changer. I really like all the different settings, the Google learning capabilities, and especially being able to check and adjust the thermostat from my iPhone when I’m away from home. Stopped working after 2 years
Would Not RecommendBought the next new, worked fine for 2 years then decided to stop working. Wont find WiFi networks, shuts off every 3 hours, Nest advised me to buy a new one.

Would Not RecommendHorrible product - nothing but issues from day one. Turning down low at night in freezing temps - common issue across many users. Make the changes to stay at a certain temp then of course reverts back. Finally got it - contacted customer support numerous times - weeks later - still no response. Yet again - turned completely off in the middle of the night during frigid dangerous temps. Researching now how to turn it back on.
