Would Not RecommendI’ve had a nest indoor camera for a number of years. It’s been great. Got a astarling hub to integrate it into my HomeKit setup. That works just ok as I need to go to the Nest app for history. Just got the outside camera. It’s very nice. I wish it had an optical zoom or higher resolution, as I don’t need such a wide angle and the detail is lost when I zoom in in the image. But installation was a snap and it seems very well made.

Would RecommendI love this little camera.The 1st thing that’s great is how you programming it into your nest app.The picture quality is very good during the day time.The night vision is ok not great but ok…mounting the unit is also great and the magnet that holds the camera is very strong and makes adjusting the camera very easy.Google hit a home run with this unit,I can watch any of my cameras,doorbell on any of my Google home monitors or my tv or iPad.I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for ...

Would RecommendLoved this camera for its ease of use on the app front. I returned a eufycam to get this one. Google's software is far ahead when it comes to motion detection and also the usability on the app. If you have the Neat Aware plus subscription, I loved the way we can navigate the timeline with a simple scroll and the way everything is presented as a timelapse video. Extremely durable and reliable
Would RecommendI own four of these have used them in several states with varying climates. I built a small sunshade for one in a particularly hot location, but that was primarily for my peace of mind. I've never had a reliability issue with them and highly recommend.

Good Quality Camera
Would RecommendGood quality camera with excellent night vison. I have had two of these cameras for three years, and i have no problems. The Nest App is good and easy to navigate. Google has bought out Nest. Google has lowered the cost of the Nest Aware Plus subscription. As of 7-22-2021, the cost of Nest Aware Plus is $120 for a full year. You can have as many cameras on your subscription as you want for the $120 flat fee.
