Would RecommendThe size is great as it will accommodate smaller packages. It was easy to install on the wooden post I already had. (I replaced an older version of this same mailbox, which was probably 25 years old). I did wonder why it did not come with screws, but that wasn't a problem since I was replacing the old one.

Plastic knob to hold door broke
Would Not RecommendThe knob/button/fastener to hold the door in position for it to be opened and closed broke and now the door comes open when ever the wind blows or when the post person fails to shut the door tightly. The door hangs on one pivot point which I am sure will soon break also.
