Would RecommendI cannot believe how well this works. They say you can spray it on but I choose to roll it for better coverage. The water beads on it and does not penetrate the concrete at all. Would RecommendThe rating is for ease of use and application. Too soon to rate for endurance and longevity of protection. Product more user friendly than expected. Easy to mix, did not clog the sprayer, rolling was easy. Cleaning the sprayer was quick and easy. Our western Massachusetts weather was the only thing that concerned us. We thought if we applied the sealer end of September we would not have to deal with the heat..that we would have time to work in the coats before it started to dry…but we got rai...

Would RecommendMy only negative was that if you want to paint over it, I was told you can only use oil-based paint. Why would anyone use oil-based paint with concrete and good luck finding it.
