Would Not RecommendI was hoping that it would cover up water stains on my black concrete countertop. The seal part of it is great. It does protect the counter from spills and water. I was also hoping that after three coats it would be shinier.

First time using so it's probably me but when they say it may take a number of applications, plan on it. Still did not get it perfectly smooth but you need to call it at some point. Needed to dry sand between coats to give it some tooth. After 5 coats...

Streaky and clumpy
Would Not RecommendWe followed the directions to the letter and were left with a bartop that I have to completely strip down to the concrete and start all over again. For the life of me I don’t know why they tell you to use rags instead of rollers to apply this sealer. Extremely disappointed.

Protects from stains
Would RecommendProtects the concrete counters from stains and forms a very hard barrier so that wine, oils etc. do not stain it. Produces a great shine and makes it very easy to clean the counters. Would definitely recommend this sealer.

Easy to apply
Would RecommendEasy to apply, easy clean up. Now the test is in the wear. Seemed to bead up very well with water on a concrete counter that started off very porous. Nicely enhanced the counter's color and added shine. I will highly recommend after I see it's wearability.

Keep coatings thin
Would RecommendI used this to seal an outdoor concrete counter top. I found that using thick saturating coats did not work as well. The important thing is to keep the coats thin and wet until they penetrate the concrete.

Reseal every two years
Would RecommendProduct says up to 5 yr sealing protection (maybe on a concrete countertop with no daily use); that may be so, but I would recommend resealing when you begin to notice water not beading up the way it has been doing. About two years for us.
