I bought. My gentent in march 2026,Set it up but haven’t used it yet.But later I was taking it off and some how broke the framing rods.I called gentent ,found they were still under warranty.I had trouble with my email but they me thru it.The best thing about is you actually get to speak to humans who speak perfect English.Also,Jennifer the lady who helped me was very kind.These people are great to deal with.

Gentent USA Made Extreme - my second one

I purchased the USA made extreme cover for my inverter generator. I purchased it based on my experience with the USA made extreme cover I have for the generator that I am replacing. Very high quality and looks like it will do the job intended. Initial setup was a little confusing. Much more complicated than the Gentent for non-inverter generators. Still, this looks to be a good product that will provide protection from the elements when I need to run the generator in the rain or snow.

Excellent product except 1 thing!!

First off, I'd like to say this is an excellent product. Even though I gave it a 5-star rating, I probably would have given it 4.5 for one small reason. I ordered this GenTent right before our last power outage which lasted 5 days with 3 days of nothing but rain. The GenTent worked perfectly, covering my invertor/generator front panel and allowing me to run it through heavy rain at times. Now to the reason for my 1/2-star deduction. Exactly as I hoped it would be!

Excellent product, well made canopy. All materials were well thought out. Definitely a really nice upgrade for our Inverter Generator. We plan to use it on our RV bumper to protect the generator from the rain.

It fits

Bought after power outage in heavy rain. Haven’t tested yet but appears it will do the job. Setup videos on YouTube were helpful.

Not nearly as useful as I had expected

I guess it's my own fault for never having had a generator before. My initial thought was to have this for running on the patio in my back yard during storms if power went out. I also got the full storage skirt since I planned on storing it out there as well year round. But after I got my generator (Westinghouse iGen12000TFC) I learned that this can't be kept on. High quality/does job

I did not have an enclosed area to put generator in when needed. Found your site online and ordered product to fit my generator. Could not be more pleased with setup. It helps to look at videos before setting up first time.

Storm tested and storm proven effective protection

I have purchased a GenTent in the past for a larger portable generator and was very happy with its protection for that generator. I purchased this most recent GenTent for a smaller generator expecting equal or better protection for this generator, a Honda 2200i, and a recent storm with this tent and generator in action did not disappoint. The weather did not intrude past the tent and the generator ran perfectly thanks to being sheltered by the GenTent.

GenTent

Just received, but not tested it during a storm. Seems pretty solid, have fit everything and covers generator well. Only concern is the extension brackets might be prone to breaking the wag they are used, we'll see in time.

A great purchase

Easy to install. The extreme Gentent looks solid and of excellent quality to withstand all seasons. I am really happy to have it.
