I had an older generator that died just before a storm. Other persons were in the same situation and it was hard to find generators in stock. Lowe's brought in a small stock of these generators and I immediately bought it. Since then I noticed that this model is regularly sold for $200 more at competitors. Easy to Start

I haven't had to use the generator yet - I just fired it up a couple of times to be sure it all worked, and it did. I like that it runs on gasoline and LP, it is easy to start and has a rope-pull start in case the battery is depleted. I like that a charger for the battery comes with it. It seems to be a good product. I already have a Generac pressure washer - second one - and I like their products and reputation. I do wish it had come with a cover, which I have now ordered. And it is heavy - but...

I like the ease of use of this product. After i got the wheels, feet & handle bars put on, it was faitly easy to maneuver around and get into place.

Have help unloading it’s really heavy

FANTASTIC Product.

Easy and simple to hook up and going. . Used it for days during the ice storm here. Never missed a beat unless it ran out of gas. Ran 24/7 for days. Instant was awesome. Sinple for a Senior Citizen woman start.

It is not put together and takes about 1.5 hours

I was told the generator was already put together and ready to roll. No so! I’m a 69 year old female who had to lift this up to put the wheels on and another 1.5 hours put it together and wiring it up in the bitter cold. Thanks a lot Lowe’s!

Generac generator

Bought this generator incase our power went out during the last snow and ice storm we had but fortunately wee t loose power. So we havent got to use it yet. But we did put oil in it and gased it up and it started right up. Runs great 👍.

don't buy this generator

it will leak gas bought brand new took out of box put the oil in it then put gas in it went in my shed the next day and smelled gas got to looking it was leaking gas and someone on hear said it would leak gas and they are right don't buy mines going back to Lowe's and I will not buy generac again

Beware the fuel is known to leak

The newer model started right up no problem. Haven’t tried to charge anything yet but it started

Great Generator!

Very high quality product. Quick out of the box set up. Relatively quiet. Super efficient. I averaged 14 hours on 5.5 gallons of gas (the tank holds 8 gallons) on a recent 4 day power outage.
