[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This generator is perfect, nice heavy duty with the ability to run gasoline, liquid propane or natural gas fuel source. It is easy to switch between settings. It is heavy but with the wheels is portable and easy to move. It definitely makes noise, but to be expected with the size of generator and it’s tolerable. Perfect for emergency/power outages, job sites/ tools and camping. Well worth the investment if looking for generator, especially with...

Must have for hurricane season!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TriFuel Generator by Generac is going to come in very handy come hurricane season. Living in central Florida, a generator is a must have! This one runs on natural gas, gasoline and propane. We tried it first with propane and it started right up with the battery start, and it quickly shut right off when we closed to valve on the propane tank. Last year there was a huge issue with finding gas after Hurricane Milton, now that we can also use ...

Great to have as a backup for extreme weather
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a place that is prone to have extreme climate, and sometimes the power can go out when it’s either too hot or too cold. A generator is a necessity for those occasions, particularly to help keep the house at an adequate temperature - whether by powering AC or help turn on space heaters and/or fans. What I like about this product is that it is tri fuel - it can work with gasoline, propane, and natural gas, depending on your needs. We t...

Huge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This generator is huge! It’s super powerful and loud. It powers a 250amp welder with no problem and powers our small RV with the ac easily. It is loud but it’s a beast! It is heavy but easy to move with the handle bar and big tires. My husband is very happy with it.

Must have!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed when receiving the generator. It is heavy and the packaging met the needs so it was protected during shipping. There was even a couple strips is 1/2” wood to protect the parts. You will need a couple people to load it into a pickup bed. The first thing I do with all equipment is read the manual and check for missing parts. One very small issue, the bolts in the parts list did not match what was shipped. There were 4 ...

Terrible warranty/parts service
Would Not RecommendI have had this machine for about two years. I am giving Generac one star because their customer service and warranty repair is very poor. I was not able to acquire a warranty part from the factory. My dealer was not able to acquire the warranty part from the factory. I could only find one repair shop that was willing to do warranty work for portable Generac, generators, and they took six months to repair my machine because Generac did not quickly supply them with the warranty part that they nee...

A BEAST for hurricane season!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in Central Florida, and unfortunately having a generator has become a necessity for the months of August-October. We’ve spent too many days post-storm without power, losing both groceries and our minds (from heat). With the hurricanes seemingly getting worse each year, we finally decided it’s time to invest. We jumped on a Generac due to the reliable name brand and reputable quality. Needless to say, the recommendations received from ...

Great item to have handy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great item. It us loud but not horribly loud. We hooked it up to the propane tank which it started up immediately. Great handle that bends down for storage. Many plugs to be used. A great item to have in your home for emergency. Every home should have one.

Powerful, Flexible, and Reliable Backup for Hurric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the Generac GP9500E Tri Fuel Generator! It’s very well-built and feels super sturdy. It is quite heavy, though, so I definitely recommend having two people to lift it if needed. Once you get the wheels installed, it becomes much easier to move around. The setup was pretty straightforward, there aren’t too many pieces, and I was actually able to put it together by myself, though it would go faster with two people. I’m ...

????
I used my generator once up to this point. It powered my house for a day. It’s a duel fuel generator, I wanted to use the propane option, read and reread the manual numerous times, but could not get it to work. I used gas. In order to get it looked at I’d have to lift the generator into my suv, which is impossible. I feel it’s ridiculous that I can’t get someone to my house to look at it, get it working properly.
