I have had this machine for about two years. I am giving Generac one star because their customer service and warranty repair is very poor. I was not able to acquire a warranty part from the factory. My dealer was not able to acquire the warranty part from the factory. I could only find one repair shop that was willing to do warranty work for portable Generac, generators, and they took six months to repair my machine because Generac did not quickly supply them with the warranty part that they nee...

I used my generator once up to this point. It powered my house for a day. It’s a duel fuel generator, I wanted to use the propane option, read and reread the manual numerous times, but could not get it to work. I used gas. In order to get it looked at I’d have to lift the generator into my suv, which is impossible. I feel it’s ridiculous that I can’t get someone to my house to look at it, get it working properly.
