What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the generator for reliable automatic operation, seamless power transfer within seconds, and handling high-demand appliances during outages. Many report life-changing experiences during actual power failures, describing it as a "Godsend" that keeps homes warm and routines uninterrupted. The app notifications and remote monitoring provide significant peace of mind. However, some experience WiFi connectivity issues with the mobile app, and several encountered installation delays or service inconsistencies. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it an essential safety investment they wish they'd purchased sooner.

Purchased the generator two years ago and have no issues. Haven’t had to use it often but it is a great comfort knowing that we are protected considering the storms that pop up increasingly

No brainer!
I bought this product for the peace of mind it provides. It supplies my house and all out buildings and as i am almost 100% electric and on a well for water I felt I needed this kind of protection to be self reliant as opposed to needing help in an emergency situation whatever that situation.

Would Not RecommendThe generator is damaged, the team at lowes refuses to replace unit, its a $9000 unit, and they refuse to deal with damaged item. Very disappointed The lid will.not latch, will not seal out weather, will not open.

Reliability
In all three homes I’ve owned. I’ve had a generic generator I can count on in case of emergencies.

Priceless
Would RecommendI bought this about five weeks ago and have been so happy with it because we’ve talked about it for years. Within those five weeks I’ve lost power twice one was very short. The second time was a little over four hours and that was an important day for us to have power and my Generac worked perfectly.

Dead on arrival
1st unit would not work, and Generac would not stand behind the unit or repair it. The supplier had to replace at cost, and I had to eat the cost or try to repair the 1st one and the installation of the new one.
