Good generator for the entire house.
Would RecommendHave had this generator for a year. Had to have a faulty emergency switch replaced (under warranty). I've put about 11 hours on it. It's able to power everything in my 2500 sq/ft house (A/C, Heat, oven, dryer) all appliances with no issues.

Generator Upgrade
This is our second Generac generator because, after 19 years with our first one, we wanted to upgrade to one with more current features/functions. Our first one was purchased in Sept. 2007. It gave us optimal, quality, and dependable service. It is still working today, in another household, with a family whom we gave it to. We look forward to and are confident that we will have the same level of quality service with our recent new upgraded generator!

Hurricane Prepared
Would Recommend4 years after Hurricane Ian it was time to replace a portable 5kw generator with a whole home generator. We will now be able to have the entire house on standby power should another major outage occur. Being familiar with the Generac company based in Wisconsin, this was the only generator considered.
