Overall Great Fridge!

Overall, I'm very pleased with this refrigerator. Love the multi-purpose drawer! It fits cans standing up perfectly, so it can hold a lot of beverages. I wasn't sure how efficient the inside would be with the shallow shelves, but it is much more space-efficient. Especially the freezer drawer. It has a smaller drawer that pulls out above the larger space. Have had one issue so far (hence the four stars). The ice maker will stop ejecting ice every so often. Nice appliance

Love the lighting and easy-open right hand door. Ice cubes are too small and sometime miss the glass.

Great Fridge

We do love everything about this refrigerator and freezer very well designed the only issue that I have with this is the icemaker. It’s extremely loud making new ice and it takes a very long time to dispense 4 cups of ice let alone 2 very slow and very annoying. For one glass it’s fine. Trust me. You’ll be there for 10 minutes filling up 4 cups and the noise that follows is a little ridiculous.

Very Disappointing purchase so far…very surprised!

Was so looking forward to our new GE 4 French door refrigerator but first 60 days has been quite disappointing from our expectations…as long time GE appliance customer, never thought I would not be giving GE a 4 or 5 star review but times have changed

Great layout for counter depth - little loud

Very happy with the design and max use of space especially for a counter depth, only complaint is the compressor is a bit loud (pretty heavy hum in the kitchen when it’s engaged) and water hoses need to be secured better (I added some extra clips) to keep them from slapping around when dispensing water. Would be nice if there was an extra door tray or ability to adjust the trays more for future enhancements (ie no good place to keep a dozen eggs).

Low quality door

The left door of this GE refrigerator could not close properly. It requires a hard push all the way to close, otherwise it will stay ajar. After the push to close, the left door is uneven against the right door. Poor design, poor assemble, and poor quality control for such a simple and old technology for door.

Bad quality

Definitely NOT the quality I expected. It feels very light and cheap. But something else! Anything else.

Love this refrigerator

We love our new refrigerator. Especially like the chiller drawer that keeps refreshments at the proper temperature. Refrigerator always looks neat because we never see fingerprints on the doors or handles. Great product!

Poor design of freezer upper drawer.

When I open the freezer drawer, the upper basket doesn’t travel out with the lower drawer requiring the customer to reach into the freezer and manual pull the basket out. This is a poor design.

Outside is cool to touch!

The seals don’t seem to very tight. The outside of the the frigates is cool to the touch.

We have had this for about 3 weeks. I opted for the door inside door not really wanting it. I have to say a do like this feature. I also like the auto water dispenser, I wish the ice cubes were bigger. We live in a hot environment and small cubes melt fast. The new fingerprint resistance was a plus. On the down side this I heavy.WE are DYI. But will had to call for help getting up the stairs. Can’t really speak to the frost accumulation.

G.E. Great product

Very happy so far. Just notice a humming sound. Keeps very thing very cold. Very bright inside that makes everything ease to find. Plenty of space.

Lowes delivery is insanely bad

We bought this refrigerator and had it delivered only to have it arrive with the water hose split in two. Ordered another GE as a replacement and it arrived with a broken water filter. Either GE has terrible quality control from factory, Lowe’s warehouse is not careful, or the delivery crew is rough. Not my problem. Almost a month wait for a new fridge and multiple bad ones is a terrible look. I do not plan to buy appliances from Lowe’s anymore as delivery is not reliable.

Small

Not enough refrigerator area kind of misleading. It looks like when you’re looking at it a lot of refrigerator area but definitely too small sad otherwise the refrigerator is beautiful, but it does definitely need to be redone.

Lacking a little

I like the esthetics of the refrigerator but I'm not happy with the space inside. There is too much wasted space like the angled bins on the doors, the shortened shelves (could have added 2 or more inches to the internal shelves). The separate delivery could have also used a little more space as could the freezer also.

New

just replaced not very old ge profile that did not last very long. They don't make them to last like they used to. Hope this one lasts longer!

Not true stainless

The front of the fridge is true stainless.

Great product!

We are very pleased with the new GE refrigerator. The automatic fill on the water dispenser is very convenient. The middle drawer is very handy. All the features on this model are just what we wanted.
