2nd generation of the same fridge that I bought.

I bought the same fridge again in hopes of a better result. This one is worse! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. The noise is awful. Buy anything else if you have a choice.

Great refrigerator!

Great value for the price! Looks beautiful, operates quitely, has good capacity, and has a useful iOS app. Only complaint is that it doesn't make ice very fast

Not Cooling

We bought this product for longevity with our new buid home. We have had the refrigerator for less than 5 years and it just stopped cooling and all of our food was thawing. The ice maker also stopped making ice. It had been making loud noise as others have mentioned.

Nice Fridge!

We are very happy with our new refrigerator. It is nice and quiet and seems to be doing everything it is designed to do. The removal of the old and install of new went very smooth which was a relief since it is a built in.

Excellent refrigerator

It is very attractive as well as practical refrigerator and freezer. Goes well with our cherry wood kitchen cabinets

Very loud and high pitched compressor

Beautiful fridge but the high pitched noise from the compressor triggered headaches.

No water, ice goes on floor, noisy

Refrigerator Is Great; Not the Delivery

The refrigerator is just what we wanted but needs to be returned because it doesn't fit and the delivery men damaged some of our woodwork because the older one refused to take off the doors until after scraping the hall (and his younger partner could not hear his instructions because they left the truck running outside the open front door). They told us to order a smaller replacement (which we have) and left this one in an awkward location until the replacement could be delivered at least 2.5 w...

Faulty Manufacturing DO NOT BUY

I purchased this fridge 3 years ago when we built our house. It has been nothing but issues and hundreds of dollars thrown wasted on spoiled food. This fridge comes with and extended warranty because the compressor and cooling system is faulty. Please save yourself the headache and do not buy this product. I have had 3 service calls and waiting on my 4th as I had to empty my fridge out and have to eat out because my fridge doesn’t cool properly. GE hasn’t been much help. I am looking into legal ...

Meh

We had the GE Monogram 42 inch model from 2010. This GE Profile has a loud motor you can hear when it’s running all of the time. The icemaker is slower and isn’t as big. Weirdly, when ice is dispensed, it also dispenses some inside the freezer and have been finding cubes here and there. I do like the LED lighting. Can you tell me why we are unable to see the displayed temperature of the fridge and freezer? Overall it is fine, but not worth the thousands we paid for it.

Expensive waist of $

This is the largest looking small spaced fridge I have ever seen. We have had it less than 15 months and now the motor is loud and the freezer doesn’t work? Water and ice lines are horrible as well

Incredibly disappointed with the way this refrigerator arrived and even more so with the customer service I've received!! The product arrived with a clear defect on the bottom left of the freezer door. Both Lowes and GE have refused to assist me. I have asked if there is any way to clean, buff, or replace the issue. Would not recommend. This was a large purchase for me and I'm disappointed with the product and customer service.

Replaced a 20 year old Profile. Very similar but big improvement. I am sure it will be much more energy efficient. Hope this one lasts 20 years.

Nothing But Problems

My fridge is 4 years old. First, the ice maker is way to high and impossible to reach into bucket to get cubes, unless you're 6'5". In the first year, the ice maker leaked into freezer...a cascade of frozen water everywhere. 2nd year water leaked out of filter connection from the top panel. 4th year the fan located in the freezer side, started making a sound like a lawn mower when the doors are closed. GE claimed that's normal when the freezer and fridge are full of food. How ridiculous!! Strang...

All you’d expect in a refrigerator

A replacement for our previous GE refrigerator, this one is more refined as well as perfectly functional.
