Didn't work out as expected.

For the most part this is a great model, very quiet and does an excellent job cleaning dishes BUT it has a known defect where it may leak steam under the counter top while drying. Dishwasher is fun again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE profile dishwasher is a “fun”ctional appliance to my newly remodeled kitchen. Dishwashers do not change much, however the efficiency and quality make for an Excellent value. Cleaning, capacity and convenience all help increase the daily life. Only drawback is settings get accidentally hit when not in use.

Excellent upgrade

Stay Away

Defective unit arrived damaged Received this dishwasher less than a day ago. Multiple issues were immediately apparent: The utensil drawer (3rd rack) wheels are brittle, and the pins the wheels roll on are also brittle. The door sits approximately 1/4 inch too low. The latch never engaged properly, even with firm pressure. The door itself feels flimsy. There is a loose piece with wires floating in the bottom of the unit that I cannot identify — it appears to have come off during shipping. The ...

Total trash

Bought this in October 2025, the lower spray arm melted and caused flooding in kitchen. GE replaced spray arm and gasket in door. Second arm melted and was found almost immediately. Third arm is now showing signs of melting. GE redesigned the arm and eliminated the heat guards on the tops, making it impossible to use the drying part of the cycle.

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New model is very quiet. Additional jets for silverware and upper tray are a good addition. Seems to dry better, not much residual water after drying cycle.

Love this dishwasher

We redid our kitchen along with the aging appliances. Our previous dishwasher was horrible, leaked, very basic in functionality. This was such a massive upgrade. Love the bottle washer and the third rack comes in handy. I customized the wash cycle given the app and it works flawlessly. The drying is the best, plastic tupperware comes out dry. Also, this dishwasher is so quiet, don't even know it is on without looking at the duration of time remaining. Highly recommend!

A very quiet machine.

When I went to see why my wife kept opening the door because she thought it wasn’t running. Yes. It’s that quiet! And it cleans so much better than our old one too.

So far so good, 2 months in.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher .. It's nice and quiet , holds a ton of dishes , and I have to say, everything comes out clean and dry ... no dried on goobers like past dishwashers!

It is very spacious, cleans well, very little noise, The only thing I don't like is it has too many settings.

Not for DIY

I've installed a few dishwashers, but I wasn't ready for the absolute nightmare this thing put me through. I will be boxing it back up tomorrow and returning it. No more GE appliances for me.

Leaks don’t buy

Purchased first dishwasher it leaked was replaced by retailer second one leaks even worse like not just a little bit a lot. Must be a manufacturers defect. I’m gonna have this hauled away and buy a different brand.
