Awful dishwasher

I purchased this dishwasher in December and had to have it serviced within 3 months. It was leaking water out the bottom on both sides and luckily we caught it before it ruined our wood floors. Technician came out to fix it and said a piece burnt up on the lower spray arm. He fixed it but not even 6 months later, it’s happening again. We had our last dishwasher 13 years with no problems. Poor parts

We rent and this cheap dishwasher comes with our rental. Horrible dishwasher that comes with too many parts inside. Those parts fall off after every single time I wash. If I could give this dishwasher a 0 I would. Don’t waste your time on this one.

Do not buy!

Already had a tech come when we first bought it to fix a leaking issue. Now it’s leaking again due to the lower spray arm melting. The company should be fixing this known issue for free for its customers.

Will not drain

We thought we were getting a good deal on this dishwasher being on sale but it has been nothing but problems. Every week theres an error code. Sometimes it runs sometimes it doesn't. We should have purchased a different brand.

Bottle jets!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has never had an issue getting my DIRTY dishes clean. The drying feature is AMAZING, right next to the bottle jets to clean out any and all cups we have. Love this more than anything.

Possible Concern/Problem re: dryness of dishes

We've only wash two loads of dishes since it was installed. When we opened the dishwasher after the cycle was completed there is still moisture on the dishes, and there is still moisture on the bottom of the dishwasher and on the door. Reading the instructions on the internet it states to use Jet Dry along with the dishwasher pellet and so we will do that. We do not dishes to be wet at the end of the drying cycle. New Dishwasher

Have to Love a GE

I especially like GE dishwashers because they have a hard food disposal built in. This machine is easy to load and quite quiet when running!!!

Dishwasher leaks

Dishwasher was installed and began leaking within 3 months of installation. GE has service technician has made 4 service calls up to this point in an attempt to repair the appliance to no avail. The appliance has been non usable now for 2.5 months and GE keeps throwing parts and new bulletins at it instead of replacing the unit. I would not recommend this to anyone at this point and if this continues I would not recommend GE appliances to anyone. Very disappointed customer to say the least.

Silent but Deadly!

The dishes come out sparkling clean and I also enjoy the little tune it sings when it's done!

Solid dishwasher

Great overall but not perfect

Really pleased with the Profile Dishwasher. If cleans well, runs quietly, loads easily, has great drying ability, and being able to sanitize is great.
