Would Not RecommendRemoving the knockouts for the vent and electrical connection took more than ten minutes. The installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. How the two brackets are to be installed was a mystery. The cover for the electrical connections fit poorly, bent it getting it off and then was difficult to reinstall. I would not recommend this to anyone.

POOR! If I could give a negative review rating I would. One day after waiting over two weeks for installation the unit malfunctioned. Took another several days to reach someone to try and get the issue fixed. Then had to wait again another week for me to be scheduled.

Would RecommendPurchased the GE 30 inch convertible 200-CFM stainless steel range hood. The hood was fairly easy to install, I have installed several before. We have tried to like this one, but this hood has only one light bulb. Not much light!! Trying to cook under such dim conditions is not good! Then, the fan has low and high speed. We only used low and it is very noisy!! We could never stand high speed with this hood! We are back to searching for a better hood.

Would Not RecommendIt was wired incorrectly. I had to return it and has taken 3 extra days so far to get a new one and I still haven’t received it. I am not happy with Lowe’s response on this order!

Would Not RecommendThis is a horrible model. Whoever designed it does not cook. The entire bottom of the hood is opened. Everything gets stuck inside the entire hood- very difficult to keep it clean and it looks horrible. Do not purchase unless you do not cook and it is only for looks. Would Not RecommendWithin 6 months, both the fan and the light—which are the only two functions this thing has—stopped working. The fan started making a horrible clicking sound that had nothing to do with an obstruction to the fan and then, within another month, the light started flickering and went out.
