Recently my microwave gave up the ghost; the exact model wasn’t available, but the suggested alternative Mitchell, except that the two bolts were in a different place. No big deal, it all worked out. The new microwave works fine

Good Replacement
My last GE microwave lasted 14 years, so I wanted to go with the same brand. Fit was great and the system is easy to use.

Only lasted us 3 years
Would Not RecommendHeating element went out after a little over 3 years and getting it fixed is the same cost as a new one. Not reliable.

I bought it to replace the microwave that came with the house. Had it installed and it’s easy to use no complications and does incredibly good with popcorn.
Salesman was great help and told us when, where, and how set up would happen. It went exactly as said.

Stops working well before the warranty ends
Would Not RecommendDefinitely hit and miss when you hit the power button. Contacted customer service and they told me to “reset” it by unplugging it. Still works only half the time. Total piece of junk.

In comparison to my previous over-the-range microwave, the ventilation on this unit is more powerful. It’s certainly a welcome change. No other issues as of yet.
