Perfect fit

Wife loves its size and storage capacity. Water dispenser in the door was a plus.

Inefficient and Underwhelming

This was the only refrigerator the builder would give me. I did not want a side-by-side because they don’t hold much, the freezer side is so narrow, it does not accommodate larger boxes like a frozen pizza box, the shelf options in the refrigerator section are very limited because there is a huge expanse on the top shelf, and the bottom shelf, when I need more shelves for smaller items. I love the refrigerator. It is in our camper and so far so good! It's very spacious and can hold alot of food.

don't buy from Lowe's

I am warning all homeowners to completely avoid Lowe's installation services. In December 2024, I purchased a GE refrigerator (Model GZS22DGJWW) based on explicit delivery guarantees. Lowe's repeatedly failed to deliver, delaying the process for months until late February 2025. Worse, the contractors and plumbers assigned by Lowe's committed severe installation errors that caused significant water leakage. Worthless space wise

It is so small that I have to rearrange my food every time I want to get something out or put in. . They say it is 21.9 cu ft but guess what. My previous fridge that fit in the same space was 2 times larger inside than this one. GE must be including all the space that supposedly makes it cheaper to operate. Ice marker is junk

Plugged it in, hooked up the water ( which works) and the ice maker doesn’t work.

Bad sealing

Not sealing properly. The refrigerator-side door gasket is not closing correctly and is not creating a proper seal. This is affecting normal operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] W had no choice in this purchase. Our builder supplied it. It’s the smallest fridge we’ve ever owned. The only good thing about this fridge is it keeps food cold. Poorest interior design I’ve seen. Can’t barely fit anything in the freezer. Sorry GE we usually love your products - this was a huge miss!

Not so great

My refrigerator does not make ice or dispense water. Unfortunately the builder did not install it correctly and I cannot afford to have it replaced.

New GE side by side

Good appliance

Did not work out of the box

This product was installed in a park model that we purchased. All the lights worked, but the unit did not cool or freeze. We are not happy at all! Out of the box, the unit did not work properly.

not the best

this refrigerator has no storage. inadequate interior lighting and the ice maker makes way too much ice. I'm having to get it serviced but at least it's still under warranty. Also, the water dispenser comes out very forceful. You have to be careful not to make a mess, same with the ice maker!

Expensive for what it is

Just your average fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does an ok job cooling. In some cases too good as it froze my green onions. There are several bins on door. Be careful not to put alot in them or they fall off. Freezer space limited by water and ice maker.
