Great if you just want a unit to take up space!

The unit is 2 months old. Compressor leak. Backorder parts. No freezer. No frozen groceries. No fix. Clankers on the phone line. Get your crap together.

No dairy bin

Just received fridge and so far it’s OK. Track that holds the freezer bottom bin is a a little misaligned and the track wheel is not centered will look to see if I can adjust. Disappointing that it does not come with a dairy bin. Will have to find another solution to store butter unusual since this is standard in most fridges.

Good for counter-depth

This has more space than our previous (LG) counter-depth refrigerator. We can fit a large pizza box in. Ice-maker is a bit slow.

Very stressful deliveries.

The delivery and information sent by Lowe's was a nightmare. We ordered 4 appliance's. There were 3 deliveries. The updates I received via text just said I had an appliance delivery scheduled but not what the appliance was. It said I could see my updates on my account. I found out early that somehow my purchases had not gone on to my Lowe's account page. I was informer it had gone to another user (who just happened to have my name and phone number. I was told they would expedite my reques...

no happy

Purchased May 2023 .First repair November 2023 for ice build up in bottom of refrigerator. July 2026 sealed sytem failure. (Refrigerant leak) ice maker stopped working and freezer stopped working. No sealed sytem warranty. For a unit to only last 3 years this is not right.

Too noisyRustypop

There is an almost continuous buzzing in the doors. I think it's related to the icemaker. Other than that, it's OK.

Runs louder than expected

I really like this refrigerator. The only minor issue is that it runs loud. I noticed if I press on the left door the noise goes away. However once I release my hand it starts again. So that’s the only thing I wish I could change.

Horrible seal

The refrigerator seal doesn’t stay in place. Can’t shut the door without constantly putting the seal back on after if falls off. Horrible

Too small

This refrigerator looks good and works well, but it is entirely too small fir a family of more than one person.

Lives larger than expected for a Counter depth

Stores a lot of food for a counter-depth refrigerator. It's easy to find things because the lighting is great. Ice maker makes new ice very fast. Replaced my much larger LG and have been very pleased. Some say it is loud, and it does make noise when the ice drops but otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

Missing features

-Water/ice dispenser is located too low - water drips from dispenser each time closing left door -should have a proper tray to collect water drips from water/ice dispenser -should include a shelf in door with a lidded container to store butter etc.

Very nice !

Overall very happy with this appliance. One thing is water always drips after using water fill for drinks. My water is hard so it leaves rings if someone forgets to wipe it up.

A Welcome Throwback to the 'Good Old Days!'

We are very happy with the refrigerator's finish: it is genuine steel (as opposed to the facsimiles evidenced in other brands). The appliance seems to be solidly built as well. Additionally, it is quiet and well-lit -- both inside and at the water station. Although we just bought this appliance last month, it's been more than satisfactory thus far.

Our first counter depth refrigerator

Because the refrigerator is counter depth, it has a smaller capacity but still ample for our needs. (It’s 36 inches wide.). The fit and finish are very nice. It’s vey quiet. We love the ice maker/water dispenser.

Don’t get this.

Mine is only 4 years old this year and has been causing me grief for the last 2. Shelves are cheaply made. Finish is mid. Touch controls are not cooperative. The water lever actuator broke on me and now after a lot of troubleshooting my compressor has failed and I just lost a whole fridge and freezer worth of food while I wait to get a tech out here in a week and a half.

Not what. I expected

Do not like this model. Every time I open the doors, which do not open very easily, everything in the door trays moves around. Also you cannot open the freezer without the top tray coming over the bottom. Overall I think this model is a poor design.
