Great features

I bought this machine by a month ago and it has been great so far. I had some delivery issues with a prior machine and Lowes made it easy for me to come in and exchange an upgrade to this model and I’m very satisfied.

Not this one.

I’ve had this since July 2026. It is now nearly October 2026 and I’ve spent more time in a laundromat than I would like to. This machine has lost balance numerous times even on loads I’ve done before. I’m tired of going to the laundromat that’s why I bought this so I didn’t need to go into public spaces to do my laundry. Needs Service Not Even 2 Years In

This particular machine does not have a separate rinse cycle. Also, the controls have lost their settings. It will not rinse, it will only spray in the rinse cycle. In order to rinse until service comes, I have to do another Quick Wash cycle. Or, do an Extra Rinse selection and the machine does the rinse. Negatives

I don't like 2 things about this washing machine. The fact that it doesn't spin all the water out of the clothes and it uses all the detergent and softener for each washing.

Did not even have this washing machine 3 months before it stop spinning. The newer models seem to stop working quickly. They don’t last long at all. Very disappointing!!

100% NOT RECOMMENDED

If you wash shoes and heavy duty items often this is not the washer for you. The agitator in mine has completely dislodged after having it for only 2 years and it’s not repairable. I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND!

History of poor build quality, do not buy!!!!

Purchased 9/5, delivered 9/9. first used 9/13. broke on 3rd use. lowes would not honor sale. referred me to manufacturer. Repair service stated that this machine has history of missing agitator bolts and it built by machines itself. If. GE is now a Haier company. poor quality!

Sucks

This machine will not do anything you want. You can’t get it to agitate you can’t get it to drain and spin. You cannot get it to fill it relies on. It’s all stupid brand that has nothing to do with a person might want an addition there is a large hesitation as you put the bleach in because it freezes itself. This ruins, all close. agitator found completely disconnected from body. see photos. unbelievable. Lowes refused to replace. now waiting 1 week for service. Bodewell service website is horrible. trapped now...don't b their next victim.

Disappointed

I bought this almost 2 month ago. It doesn’t stay balanced during the wash. I just contacted GE via FB to see if they can help.

Buy that extra warranty

I bought this washer 1 year 9 months ago to the day- lid lock stopped working and agitator stoped spinning. No error codes . Called repair man out he was baffled at every the control board was doing- transmission was leaking 800.00 just to fix control board. Run from this washer .

Paint chipping

Paint is already chipping and peeling. After about ten months.

Agitator broke less than 3 months

Bought June 23rd this year and it broke already! Agitator isn’t working. Whole reason I bought this was because my last one after 15 years from Kenmore had finally died on me. These were so nice looking at the store, but definitely regretting choice. Guess I’ll be calling the technician number, since that’s always there response. I did it on their pay with no interest plan… only made 1 payment so far. Looks like I’ll be paying for a broken washer while I’m stuck going to the laundromat. Nothing ...
