Ratings & Reviews for GE 27.7-cu ft Standard-Depth 36-in Wide Side-by-Side Refrigerator Smart Compatible with Ice Maker Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel )

Worth it if you have the space

Love the lighting and how much storage space there is. We do not open the freezer much but I still feel like the ice on the door melts, which causes problems with dispensing. The large dispensing area was nice for large water bottles.

Horrible Ice Dispenser

I've tried changing the freezer temp. and made sure it was at least 75% full of food. I dispense ice several times a day (small cubes, small chips, then nothing) Nothing helps. The dispenser freezes up in the chute and I have to empty it, remove the ice inside and out once a week. Terrible.

Worst ever buyers remorse

We’ve had this refrigerator for about 6 weeks and the icemaker has been a source of disappointment and frustration ever since. The ice freezes into clumps inside the storage ‘container’ every night as it sits overnight. Every day before trying to use the dispenser I have to remove the storage container, dump the ice into a big bowl, break up the clumps of frozen cubes, dump them back into the container and return the container to the freezer door. Unfortunately the first few times I press...

Refrigerator came on time and as agreed. My wife really loves the ice maker and the large capacity that the it has. It was supposed to be installed but we have a copper water line with a different fitting the install team does not touch anything they should offer a union or reducer fitting to the required hose and fitting on the refrigerator so that at least I could put it on and it would work. They only delivered I took care of the installation.

Great fridge

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Love the adjustable shelves.

Great features on the fridge

I bought this fridge about a month ago really like it a lot of storage on both sides the fridge and the freezer. Lowe’s gave me free shipping, delivery and free haul away the old one for free with 18 months no interest financing.

Recommend

I bought this 2 weeks ago. I love the internal LED lighting. I also love that it doesn't have a front door handle. It's so easy to clean!

Our new fridge

We love our new fridge!

I'm happy

LED wall makes everything bright and easy to see. Large water/ice dispenser is great for water bottles.

We enjoy the lighting it gives . Size and spacious. So far so good. One thing unfortunately we have to be careful the doors are all the way down to ground and must be careful with toes when opening doors.

Seems well built, love the shelving and backlight.

Love the clean look with no handles. The backlight is awesome can see everything Shelves are sturdy along with door shelves. Only had it a month so far but no issues. Lowes delivery crew were awesome. Showed up in time and didn't damage anything.

Awesome features

I purchased these products and they were ordered and delivered within two days. The delivery men were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I love the extra illumination the refrigerator/freezer has inside, the extra room to organize items, and the space availability for using tall tumblers to get water/ice. I would recommend these products .

I bought this refrigerator around Labor Day with huge discount. It can storage a lot more food than I expected. Very quiet and easy clean. I’m 100% satisfy and will recommend to my family and friends

It cools quickly. The led lights are super bright. This makes it easy to see items in the back of the unit.

From the sales rep to the delivery guys i had great people. My sales rep spent over an hour telling me about various models pro and cons. She was great. The delivery guys had to lift the refrigerator over a bar in my kitchen. They were very careful and cleaned up everything. Refrigerator is great.
