Refrigerator came on time and as agreed. My wife really loves the ice maker and the large capacity that the it has. It was supposed to be installed but we have a copper water line with a different fitting the install team does not touch anything they should offer a union or reducer fitting to the required hose and fitting on the refrigerator so that at least I could put it on and it would work. They only delivered I took care of the installation.

Great features on the fridge

I bought this fridge about a month ago really like it a lot of storage on both sides the fridge and the freezer. Lowe’s gave me free shipping, delivery and free haul away the old one for free with 18 months no interest financing.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. I love the internal LED lighting. I also love that it doesn't have a front door handle. It's so easy to clean!

LED wall makes everything bright and easy to see. Large water/ice dispenser is great for water bottles.

We enjoy the lighting it gives . Size and spacious. So far so good. One thing unfortunately we have to be careful the doors are all the way down to ground and must be careful with toes when opening doors.

Love the clean look with no handles. The backlight is awesome can see everything Shelves are sturdy along with door shelves. Only had it a month so far but no issues. Lowes delivery crew were awesome. Showed up in time and didn't damage anything.

I purchased these products and they were ordered and delivered within two days. The delivery men were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I love the extra illumination the refrigerator/freezer has inside, the extra room to organize items, and the space availability for using tall tumblers to get water/ice. I would recommend these products .

It cools quickly. The led lights are super bright. This makes it easy to see items in the back of the unit.

From the sales rep to the delivery guys i had great people. My sales rep spent over an hour telling me about various models pro and cons. She was great. The delivery guys had to lift the refrigerator over a bar in my kitchen. They were very careful and cleaned up everything. Refrigerator is great.

Fridge Failed After Just 10 Days

It was great for the first week: spacious, well‑lit, and exactly what we were looking for. Then, just 10 days after delivery, it suddenly shut off and stopped working entirely. No power, no cooling. Extremely disappointing for a brand‑new appliance.

Cannot revommend

Poor quality. Shelves and drawers made of flimsy plastic. Shelves are hard to remove and one side of the casing came damaged from factory obviously due to how they put in the shelves. Even the experts handling it daily couldn't manage to put them in without breaking it. Returned and purchased the GE instead. Very happy with that change.
