Not what it should be

The fridge light went within the first year, 4th year - the fridge will probably need a new part or replaced - fridge/freezer temperature went from desired 36/-2 temperature to 56/38 . Thawed over 14 hours with doors open, still won’t reach temperature after 3 days. The warranty is 2 years? Your products are garbage that’s why.

Lasted little over 1 year

Bought new from Lowe’s in 2025. Died in 2026.

Ice maker

I have had trouble with the ice maker since three months in. Its been fixed but it still doesn’t work correctly or even dispense ice on a regular basis

Fridge would not cycle off

The fridge works fine cooling in both fridge and freezer compartment to the digital setpoints. Confirmed with analog temp gauges. The only quirk it had in the beginning within 2- 4 week was I was noticing the unit would not cycle off. Temp in both compartments were fine. I unplugged for 10 minutes as to not restart on high head pressure. Anyway, to be sure there was nothing going on with control board, etc. I had a tech come out and inspect. Replaced Failed French Door - Rethinking that!

Although this fridge works well in general it has no space. Feels crowed even when practically empty. Freezer space is so small not able to put anything of size in it. You are constantly moving things to access contents. Water / Ice dispenser works well and is easy to use but Crushed ice quit working within a year of purchase. Brand new. Trash.

Brand new! Water dispenser trickles water after 25 days. Changed hoses..trickle. Put in brand New filter and error and won’t dispense water at all. Seems to be a theme for products at lowes. Go to an appliance store these models are “made for big box stores”

Beautiful Fridge

This fridge works and looks beautifully. I love the lighting on the inside and everything seems very solid built, and looks very modern

It is a very loud humming noise almost all the time and the freezer does not work well food is not completely frozen.

Water Filter Fail

Do not buy this brand of refrigerator. The water filter is not replaceable by the average home owner. You must hire a professional to install it. $$$ Check out all the Youtube videos out there trying to help the homeowner install the water filter by themselves. Not happening folks.

Only 3 years

Bought this in July 2023. All my food started spoiling in the fridge and all the freezer items are ice. I cannot get it to cool properly. This is absolute junk.

not even 3 years old and having problems

purchased this in November 2023. it is now July 2026 and is currently having problems with cooling. coils get cleaned on a regular basis so I know it's not that. light on the control board flashes but unable to look up with the sequence means, the freezer struggles to maintain temperature, and it shut down the ice maker. not very impressed for spending close to $1,000 on an appliance. but that's the problem with modern day appliances they're built to be disposable nothing's made to last like it ...

We love the fridge. Raymond did a great job explaining how we need to get ready to use. I was amazed that he and David were able to pick up the fridge without a dolly. Exact Is this Patience

Loudest I've ever owned, slow ice, freezes food!

I detest this refrigerator! The compressor is so loud I can hear it across the house. I keep thinking my husband is charging his air compressor in the garage; it's that loud. Ice takes....forever! AND, it freezes food placed too close to the back wall. I've only had it for 3 months and am actually considering replacing it. DON'T buy!

Good fridge, just loud.

Great fridge! I love the lighting. Install was great. On time and very helpful. I live alone so house is quiet. My 25 year old Kenmore was never this loud. Generally it is just loud. I thought having a new appliance would be quiet, but this one isn’t. I would return it if it wouldn’t be such a hassle.

So far so good 8 months in.

Works as it should and looks nice. We are only 8 months in so yet to be determined if it will last.

20 months later - no cooling whatsoever

I bought this without an extended warranty (would not have bought a GE had I known I needed one). I came home from out of state to kitchen flooded from melted ice. Lights and blower work, but 60 degrees inside freezer and refrigerator (all groceries lost). GE is sending me a $100 food replacement Visa (what a joke), and MAYBE they will give a discount on the necessary part if my own repair person orders the part from them. $1,249; delivery down expense; and $300+ groceries down the drain!!! Quality problems

While under warranty, door switch got moisture in it, and we had to listen to the alarm until it was replaced. The temperatures registered were sketchy. Now after warranty has expired the selector for the icemaker (crushed or cubed) quit working and all you get is crushed. Happy with the refrigerator when it works correctly.
