What a terrible refrigerator. Save your money and just buy an LG. The issue: my freezer started failing, and so did the ice machine. The buttons started going haywire as well. The first diagnostic showed that the PCB that controls the heater in the freezer to prevent parts from freezing over was broken. They fixed that, and the button issue by replacing some electronics. But then the freezer and ice machine wasn't fixed. Besides $100s of dollars of food that I lost from this, I haven't had a ...

Nice size and a perfect fit.

I bought this refrigerator to replace an existing refrigerator for a rental property. My tenants loved the size of the old refrigerator and this one was almost the exact same size and type. The tenants love the new refrigerator and were very excited to go to the grocery store and fill it with food.

Great product

This baby works.

It's been a great fridge for us so far, and we've had it for about 3 years. Ice is still great, cooling is just fine. Only complaint is that things feel cheap, but then again this is GE's least expensive, full-size french door model, so I didn't expect too much. The components in the Gallery are noticeably nicer, I just didn't want to spend the money.

HIRE QUALITY INSTALLERS THAT ACTUALLY INSTALL.

The refrigerator was placed in my home, the installers were unwilling to DISCONNECT the old one and haul it away. They did not install MY NEW REFRIGERATOR! THEY REFUSED. They DID NOT LEVEL THE DOORS. THEY DID NOT ARRANGE THE SHELFS AND REMOVE THE TAPE. ONE OF THE MOST AWFUL TIME DEALING WITH INSTALLERS/ALTERNATE INSTALLERS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. LISTENED TO MUSIC ON THEIR PHONE AND CLAIMED "WE DONT SPEAK ENGLISH" "YOU NEED PLMR" ....

Happy with decision

Refrigerator fit into our kitchen space exactly and looks really nice . We had a much higher end fridge before and this one looks just as nice witjbsame amount of space .

Enjoying my new refrigerator. I had a side by side standard size & when with French door counter depth. I was worried about losing space but I think I actually gained space with all the side shelves. Love the fingerprint less surface

False advertising and delivery time

The product is great so far. The real issue is the whole process and delivery. Lowe’s advertised next day delivery. Which I selected was charged for and subsequently refunded. Then it was delivery within 4 days from purchase which was pushed out again to 7 days after purchase. The delivery people were great but their big truck wouldn’t start upon them leaving and I had to help jump the vehicle with my much smaller truck. The over all experience was weird.
