Spacious

Love the brightness inside… you can see well even the drawers show the items inside. It is easy to organize with all the door shelves.

Works great for what we wanted

Have had this refrigerator for about a month and it is working great. In fridge water dispenser is easily accessible, ice is convenient. Enjoy having the French doors for easy access. Shelving changes easily and there is extensive storage in the doors.

First I'd like to say how great my experience was at Lowe's. The guys there were so helpful, no pressure, no rush. I didn't want anything complex and I'm happy with this fridge so far. It does have some sounds that I'm unfamiliar with, but doesn't bother me too much. For the most part it's quiet. There's an ocassional high pitched hum that goes away. Just weird. Have to get use to the doors because its got it's own thing. It's about me developing a new habit of closing. Don't like the ice shape...

Looks good

Bought this a month ago and although it looks nice on the exterior and seems to be cooling well, there are problems not yet solved. It has taken four return visits and 4 different explanations from Lowe’s delivery crew to balance the fridge and adjust the right hand door to be even with the left. Freezer doesn't seal

The seal on the freezer is warped and does not seal. Freezer is constantly leaking and icing up. Garbage product unless they can fix it.

Loud buzzing

We bought this fridge and the first arrived with a door that “jumped” when closing, like a hinge was bent or misaligned. So we exchanged it for a new one. The new one has a very loud buzzing/rattling sound coming from the compressor cover on the back panel. I’ve pulled out the fridge numerous times to push on the cover or case in different places and the buzzing stops. Then starts up again when no pressure is applied. Not sure what is vibrating on what. Good refrigerator with easy access

I purchased this refrigerator and it was delivered and installed 2 weeks ago. I have found it to be very well working, easy to access (compared to my old-style freeze on top unit), quiet during operation, and more energy efficient. My installation is in a corner (see photos) so that limits the swing of one of the doors. This limits the travel of two of the crisper drawers but I still can access the food in them. Do NOT buy, bad product & awful customer service

Reviewing this and a GE washer we bought at the same time and they are both terrible products. Giving the refrigerator 1 star and would give GE customer service/customer care a zero if possible. We are extremely disappointed in this refrigerator we bought from GE. The water dispenser has had a constant drip since we bought it and had it installed in April.
