Great Space Saver!

Needed a refrigerator that could give me more space for food and this met my standards. I also love the slickness and look of it.

Constant issues and dead before age 9

We have had constant issues with this fridge, and it has now finally died out. I’ve fixed parts on it several times in its short lifespan. It didn’t even outlive the fridge that we replaced it with that is now our garage fridge. Unacceptable. We had a tech come out who told us it wasn’t worth saving before even opening the door. My brother in law has the same fridge. Same issues over the years.

Awesome!

Just love it! The matte black finish is truly fingerproof and a great feature. Inside? Beautiful and spacious! Love the LED lights which dim on when the door opens. Just a great upgrade. And the ice/water on the door is a great convenience. FILTERED water AND ice? Yoo hoo!

Poor Installers

Product is great, but the installers were lazy. Left all of the trash from product at my house. Didn't bother to unwrap the tape and packaging from inside the fridge. Didn't bother to explain any features of the fridge. Unlike the dishwasher installers, who were great. Geral and his partner were professional, courteous and quick. They cleaned up everything and explained how the dishwasher worked.

Repurchase similar model

Added door shelving from 2015 model GFE26GGHEWW that compressor froze up on (11 years). Shelving inside had less configuration options from previous model, but the slide shelf was a nice addition. Hopefully the large door shelves hold up better than previous model which were fragile. Lighting is also different, previous led lights were good, these seem good too. No turbo Freeze, only turbo cool.

Great features but problem with leveling and noise

I had this delivered about a week ago. I love the looks, the ease of everything, the ice cubes are great and the water is nice and cold. Temperature settings work great. Lighting is exceptional. I love the white color. The only problem I have is the noise and the installers could not level the refrigerator. And yes, my floor IS level. I can hear the noise 3 rooms away. Unfortunately, this will have to be replaced as the service guys could not level it and I'm not putting shims on one si...

Some not great features

. It keeps everything cold however, the parts that don’t work well are a huge hindrance. First off. You cannot see the screen at all. You also cannot fit a water bottle in the water dispenser and the freezer will be left open and the alarm will not sound causing products in the freezer to go bad.
