Do NOT buy, bad product & awful customer service

Reviewing this and a GE washer we bought at the same time and they are both terrible products. Giving the refrigerator 1 star and would give GE customer service/customer care a zero if possible. We are extremely disappointed in this refrigerator we bought from GE. The water dispenser has had a constant drip since we bought it and had it installed in April. We have had 3 service visits so far and the first one said nothing is wrong, the second guy ordered a part and made a temporary fix that made...

The refrigerator is basic.like the capacity.like the ice maker in the freezer. refrigerator makes this loud humming sound, you have to turn the frig up 1° or down 1° it may stop 24hr later, back of the frig stays frozen. food in the of the frig is frozen. can't be.compressor is running all the time.

Great fridge

I love everything about this refrigerator so far. It’s spacious, looks great and you can’t make a fingerprint, which is why I usually don’t buy anything stainless.

Quick and Careful

The guys were incredibly kind and quick. I mentioned to them that the flooring was new and they were extremely careful while bringing in the appliance.

I bought this refrigerator 2 weeks ago. Everything seems to be working perfectly fine.

Very happy with the new refrigerator and the men who installed it were really great. They made sure all was well and working before leaving and cleaned everything up, also.

Stopped working in under 1 year.

Fridge and Freezer stopped working in under 1 year. The manufacture warranty process is intentionally difficult. They are only open on week days and their online claim believes I am out of warranty and requires a phone call. There is also a $125 "Trip Charge" to repair a broken refrigerator under "warranty".

DO NOT BUY, TRUST ME!

I am extremely disappointed with my GE refrigerator. I have owned it for less than two years, and it has already broken down five times. A refrigerator that is supposed to be a reliable major appliance should not require this many repairs in such a short period of time. Each breakdown has been frustrating, disruptive, and inconvenient, especially considering how much I paid for the appliance. Customer Service

I want to commend the two Loews service technicians, Russell and Jeremy, for their assistance on August 11th. They promptly identified and corrected a problem with my refrigerator. They were friendly and professional.

7 months old and issues

Came home after being gone for 7 days and fridge was out. Wouldn’t recommend. Also ice maker had stopped working and was going to make a call about that before this happened.
