We've had this dishwasher about 2 years. It has not required repair so far, but it has also not impressed us. Some dirty dishes after cleaning, spots where dishwasher misses. Detergent holder door fell off immediately and can't be repaired. Quiet, but doesn't clean that great.

Works great just getting used to it

The machine is great just taking getting used to how to configure dishes in it because the bottom shelf has angled prongs which are almost too wide except for our bigger dishes and fitting certain water bottles and tervis on the top rack is hard depending on what's on the bottom rack

New ones are trash

I just purchased this dishwasher to replace a ge profile that worked for 24 years before the door seals dried. My major complaints are lack of "tall side" where I used to be able to put in my biggest cookie sheets, too huge cutlery holder that takes up a lot of space, a soap dispenser that has issues opening sometimes and leaves a big blob when I thought it had been cleaning my dishes, and terrible wheels on the bottom rack that are basically useless- I'm continually lifting up the entire rack f...

Not a good product

This dishwasher is a HUGE disappointment!! First, it was delivered with a broken rack. After the rack was replaced with a new one, now the middle rack will not stay pushed in. Purchased in May and now in September it doesn’t even turn on!! Biggest waste of money! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Great dishwasher. Had to double check it was running because it was so quiet.

Stopped turning on

Installed brand new. Had all new electrical (and that works) fine. Used it two times and now it won’t turn on. Says can be returned but has to be new and unused. Trying to contact manufacturer to try and get replacement but unsure if I’ll be able to. Will update post.

Cleans well

Bought the dishwasher had it delivered relatively easy to install although caution the level legs are small diameter and can be very easily bent . I placed nuts on the top in the bottom to strengthen up little bit seems to work well. installation was really easy. The machine cleans really well dries really well. The third rack is nice and roomy. I like the features the bottle jets the spray jets for the silverware gets everything done really well.

So far so good. It's nice having a 3rd rack up top and the controls are straight forward. Hope it lasts as long as our previous GE dishwasher ~15 years

Cleans and is quiet

Ran four times and does a great job cleaning. Quiet, no issues so far.

Daily Struggles

Installed this dishwasher on my own, pretty easy. However, even though I leveled it (using a leveler) the top drawer always slides out about 1/4 - 1/2 way, as if it’s not level, but it is. The bottom drawer, silverware tray constantly get stuck on the sidewall when pushing in the bottom drawer. The bottom drawer also easily comes off track, so pulling it out or pushing it in, it’s a fight to get it aligned where it needs to be. Sales guy was ok , but his insistence I buy the installation package or the warranty would not be valid is BULL. They need to straighten the sales people out. A new cord and hose???? Bull

Works well (so far).

Store said they had dishwasher in stock, but did not; I had to wait 3 days for special order. Electrical junction cover supplied was not the right one. Had to make a couple of trips to Lowe's to get all the right parts to make supply line and drain line connections. Otherwise the dishwasher is working fine once installed (by me).

Quiet with Useful Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I have owned. It has a stainless steel interior and is very quiet, operating at 45 decibels. Other useful features include dedicated bottle wash jets, silverware jets that blast from the bottom up, and a third rack. The normal cycle takes 2 hours and 5 minutes, less time compared to my previous dishwasher.
