Daily Struggles

Installed this dishwasher on my own, pretty easy. However, even though I leveled it (using a leveler) the top drawer always slides out about 1/4 - 1/2 way, as if it’s not level, but it is. The bottom drawer, silverware tray constantly get stuck on the sidewall when pushing in the bottom drawer. The bottom drawer also easily comes off track, so pulling it out or pushing it in, it’s a fight to get it aligned where it needs to be. Sales guy was ok , but his insistence I buy the installation package or the warranty would not be valid is BULL. They need to straighten the sales people out. A new cord and hose???? Bull

Works well (so far).

Store said they had dishwasher in stock, but did not; I had to wait 3 days for special order. Electrical junction cover supplied was not the right one. Had to make a couple of trips to Lowe's to get all the right parts to make supply line and drain line connections. Otherwise the dishwasher is working fine once installed (by me).

Great features and easy to load

We bought this GE dishwasher about two weeks ago, and really like it, it’s very quiet, cleans very well, dries well, and loads easily. We are extremely happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

Dishwasher quit after 9 weeks

We bought this dishwasher on 6/3/2026 at a nearby Lowes. Had to wait three weeks for the earliest delivery. It was delivered on 6/24. It worked fine until 9/2/2026. (9 weeks). On that date, we got an error code FTE (failure to empty). We tried all the recommended solves and got nowhere. Then we scheduled service with GE's Bodewell sine it was still under warranty. On 9//10/2026 the tech came out and was unable to repair and needed more parts. For a brand new dishwasher!! It's now 9/16, ...

GE quality and service

We purchased this dishwasher in mid June to be held by Lowe’s and delivered when our kitchen contractor finished their work. It was delivered in mid July and installed at that time. We noticed that while the machine went through an entire cycle the dishes were not coming out clean. We tried various settings and detergent but nothing worked. We contacted GE which is a nightmare in itself as their AI receptionist is poor. They sent out a local technician who determined there was a part malfunction...

Great features

I bought this a month ago and so happy with it. The arrangement is nice. It has extra jets on top to clean narrow glasses and jets under the silverware. Nice and quiet too

Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher gets the dishes clean and is very quiet. I like the hybrid aspect of the design but I am not thrilled with the top display. I will probably get used to it but it requires being very careful not to touch the settings when filling with dishes in between loads. All being said I would recommend.
