Short Lifespan

We needed to replace a sensor after one year, and now, after two years, it won’t wash or drain. Hesitant to buy another GE product if they’re only going to last this long.

Not drying

So disappointed in the drying feature. The dishwasher ran over four hours and was not opened all night. High dry boost feature was used. We used the washing packet and rinsing agent that was recommended and came with the dishwasher. The glass bowls and silverware are WET and have to be hand dried or we leave the dishwasher open for two hours to air dry the dishes. Slight crease in door

Just installed dishwasher two days ago everything went well followed instructions , don’t push dishwasher straight in by the front panel. Low and behold pulled protective coating off of stainless steel front and it has a slight crease. Now what to do?

One of the pumps failed just under 3 years

Unit worked pretty good. But now it’s making terrible noises. Guessing one of the pump motors is going bad. Things just aren’t made to last anymore.

Died in 2 years

Don't buy this. It worked great until it died in 2 years and 4 months.

Installation was done very professionally and quickly. Geral and his partner were courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up all of the packaging and showed us how to operate dishwasher. they were the best.

Constantly having issues

This machine is 2 years old. We’ve already had to repair it multiple times and it often doesn’t even start correctly

Wrong dishwasher

I ordered this dishwasher but when it was delivered I received the wrong one. I had to contact Lowe’s to return the wrong dishwasher and be able to receive the one ordered. Then they marked my order returned and took back My Lowe’s points even though I never actually returned the dishwasher I ordered.

An absolute money pit

Do not buy this dishwasher. I’ve owned this GE dishwasher for less than 2 years, and it has been an absolute nightmare. It constantly breaks down, and I have already spent more time and money repairing it than a brand-new appliance should ever require. First, the drain pump went out and had to be replaced. Decent product

Dishwasher looks good and runs fine. However, does stick out further than normal due to top controls. Also the cup racks are a little unstable and glasses rattle around when opening and closing. Door is also very lightweight which makes it slam easily. is Very quiet and cleans well

Installation issue

When purchasing online, it advertises that there’s free installation with the purchase of the suggested part to hook it up. That is not true. Lowe’s uses a third-party for the installation that has to be scheduled separately. Make sure to connect with customer service ahead of time.

Noise level is good. Perfect match to my orher appliances. Shipping was slow. I had to wait 10 days to get it.
