Great appliance

We just received our refrigerator yesterday. Love tge shelving on the door and the fact that you can adjust the shelves on the inside as well. I did notice another review said that when you open the refrigerator compartment it pulls the freezer door open as well., so I experienced the same thing. Upon further inspection I noticed that a piece of styrofoam is placed between the 2 doors, you have to practically get on the floor to see it. and this was causing the issue. Removed it and the d...

Small Issues

I like the fridge and the set up, but the shelves need to be heavier. My shelves sag in the middle, but there is not a lot of weight on them. They seem to need a center support. The snack box is hard to get things in the back out. Also, I am having an issue with my stuff freezing in the fridge part. People say it is from having too much in the fridge, but I really don't have that much. We will see and keep trying to figure it out.

Great purchase

Got all of my appliances for my kitchen remodel at Lowe’s. Great sale and great service. The delivery guys were wonderful. Everything went very smoothly.

Roomy refrigerator but noisy

Very happy with the refrigerator except that it is very noisy. Plenty of room in the frig and freezer compartments. Lighting is great. Since the refrigerator is near our living room, I can hear its almost constant hum and clicking sounds.

Died five weeks out of warranty

Died after less than 14 months - the freezer compartment no longer frozen

Seal failing after 3 months, icemaker prob.

Seal on top door of fridge is failing after 3 months. The first fridge had to be returned after 1 day because the door would not close completely . The replacement is failing after just 3 months. lso - ice maker shut off button does not work. Love the finish on the outside ( stainless steel) but would not recommend to purchase. Will be calling GE tomorrow to see what can be done.

Love the unit

Capacity greater than before which we love, we lost power for 7 hours overnight and temp held steady, our only problem is that the door doesn’t close easily and perhaps our floor isn’t level so that the door swings open really far. Trying to adjust to this.

The most annoying fridge ever

I have had this fridge for a few years. About a year into it, it stopped closing tightly and beeps all the time. When opening the freezer, it pushes the fridge door open too, so using both doors causes it to beep excessively. Now it is starting to beep even after I have shut it hard from the previous beep. It sometimes waits until you are deeply asleep to start beeping. I am going to have to buy a new fridge because this one is intolerable.

Great Refrigerator!

We love this refrigerator! It is as roomy as our previous french door unit. The icemaker makes loads of ice and does it rapidly. We do miss the water in the door, but we have plenty of room inside for a water pitcher so we are adapting. We wanted a simpler refrigerator so we would have fewer opportunities for issues. The cooling is much colder than our previous one.

Trash

Total garbage. Junk. Made a huge mistake buying this trash. Never again.

Great space inside. Love the icemaker.

It is the perfect for for my kitchen and the fact that it has the reversible door hinge. This fridge is easy to move with the rollers it has.

Terrible customer service

Still no call. Bought fridge AND Lowes extended warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not fix it. Lowes says call manufacturer. Manufacturer says call Lowes. 800 numbers go no where to voice prompts. Chat bot cant do anything. No one will fix it. Horrible experience

Recurring problems with ice maker/water filter

I've had this refrigerator for 2.5 years. I've had no issues other than an annoying issue with the ice maker not working on regular basis which has required a hard reset by unplugging. I am now having to replace the water filter system to see if that will make the ice maker work. I've had a repairman out to look at this twice.

Nice! But freezer capacity smaller

Bought in November 2025, it is very quiet running compared to my old (smaller) fridge. Luckily it fit in old space for it! Phew! Refrigerator capacity is a lot more. But 4 stars because freezer capacity is a quarter less than advertised because ice tray takes up half of the top drawer.
