The best Fridge I've ever had!

I absolutely love this Fridge! It has so much room inside, and I love that it's counter depth and doesn't stick out 6"-7" into my small kitchen. It's sleek looking, and fits perfectly into my refrigerator cabinet! I love that the freezer is a door instead of a drawer. I'm short - and I hate reaching over those freezer drawers. The freezer makes ice faster than any other fridge I've owned. The freezer has plenty of space, plus 2 drawers. It doesn't have an icemaker - and that's the way I want it...

No light in freezer, no hookup for ice maker

I was disappointed in the freezer. Don’t like the swing door, I thought it was a pull out drawer. The freezer doesn’t have a light and freezer is very small. I like the refrigerator area, Lots of room there. Oh and no hook up for an ice maker (which I knew about when I purchased it)

Freezes items in the back

Now that I’ve had this for 6 months, there are major issues. Mainly, it freezes items in the back of the refrigerator. Temperature through the compartment is variable. I bought a thermometer to place it in different areas, and front is warmer, back is too cold.

The 25 yo fridge was way better in the same space!

For starters: it was not the product I wanted to buy, but the all refrigerators replacing older models keep getting bigger requiring remodeling of the entire kitchen! Delivery fell short

I bought the fridge online with the understanding that the delivery folks would be able to reverse the door for me however, when I mentioned it to the delivery folks, they looked like I was from another planet, so I am having to pay someone to come out and reverse the door on this fridge. I like the fridge. The delivery folks were on time and friendly, but did not live up to my expectation.

Well designed

The inside space is well designed. I really like the three drawers in the freezer.

Perfect counter depth for two people!

Bought it because it fits perfectly into the available space. I'm getting used to bottom freezer after a lifetime of top freezers, but I certainly love the counter depth feature, where you can see everything and nothing gets lost wsynin the back. This fridge also looks nice and sleek with its hidden side handle.

Clean lines, great organization

This fridge sits closer to my cabinet depth. I love the separate drawers for beverages and produce. The freezer has three drawers so no more losing items at the bottom of the freezer.

Cheap stainless steel surface scratches easily

The cheap stainless steel surface scratches super easy. There is no way to clean it without scratching. Even a soft microfiber cloth will scratch the surface.

Sleek looking refrigerator

Nice looking but have to open freezer door all the way to pull out drawers. Can be difficult.

Day one, and the refrigerator produces a constant, noticeable hum. The noise is always present and becomes even louder when the door is open. I live in a small space and have owned three different refrigerators here over the years—this is the only one I can consistently hear. They would not adjust the delivery window at all.

the product is fine, but delivery customer service is terrible

Cheap stainless steel surface

The cheap stainless steel surface scratches super easy. There is no way to clean it without creating scratches. Even cleaning the surface with a microfiber cloth creates scratches.
