Ridiculous design flaw
Would Not RecommendSo you go and get new lights for the tree, put the first string on, plugged in, of course, unwrap the second set, plug it into the first, it lights up fine, finish lighting the tree... and then you notice that the top is out of sync with the bottom of the tree... What flashing on top, while on the bottom, white lite fades to color... hit the button... lights change, but don't sync up to the same effect. Disconnect top string, plug it into the clicky selector box, set to solid color... set botto...
Methe, I am not sure how this is happening for you, outside of improper assembly. You only use 1 control box, disconnect the other one, and then dais...
