Ratings & Reviews for GE Replacement Color Select 54 -Watt EQ T5 Switchable white Miniature bi-pin base G5 LED Tube Light Bulb
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these LED replacement bulbs for exceptional brightness and energy efficiency, using 41 watts versus 54 watts for older fluorescents. Many highlight the game-changing adjustable color settings—daylight, sunlight, and soft white modes—that enhance usability without fixture modification. Installation is consistently described as plug-and-play, fitting perfectly into existing T5 housings. However, a notable minority report serious reliability issues including bulbs catching fire, emitting smoke, or failing within weeks. Despite these concerns, most customers consider them a worthwhile long-term investment.

Left my delivery on a garbage can.
Would Not RecommendExtremely unprofessional, left delivery on a garbage can outside a busy store. Will never do business with Lowe's again.

Good replacement tube light bulb.
Would RecommendThe lights are bright, easy to install, and work well in my existing fluorescent tube fixture. The two tubes have different switch mechanisms despite having identical packaging and model numbers.
