Needs hub to work with Alexa

The package states it works with Alexa but does not explain that you need another part to do so. I returned the product.

You have to have a second hub besides Alexa for this to work properly.

i would give 0 stars if possible

The app is garbage. Bulbs are difficult to setup, there is essentially 0 online support. The smart remote is neither smart, nor a remote that works. I am happy i got these on sale otherwise i would just return them. These are difficult to pair and you cannot run the app on multiple devices.

Font buy

My first purchase of these, someone had open the box already and replace them with regular LEDs. Afterr callng text support I took took them back and got one unopened box. New box, tried to download app, only works on ISO 9.0 or higher didn't know this. Guess I'm stuck with high price LED bulbs

C by GE Smart Bulbs

C by GE Smart Bulbs work great with Google Home. I have then in five rooms. Coming home into dark house is East with simple voice command to turn on any one, combination or even all of them at the same time. Light level can be adjusted as well.

Don’t waste your money

These lights are garbage. I purchased these light bulbs 3 different times. I tried them in different rooms. All of my other smart devices work except for these. They are just over priced light bulbs. I wound up on the phone with Google for over 2 hours and they were never able to get them to work. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fine print

Read the fine print before you buy! I bought some based on Lowe's employees recommendations. Got it home could not connect. In tiny little print on bottom of box. Just have GE hub. Sold separately. Bought Phillips bulbs hooked up they Alexa no problem.

Remote control light

Using only one so far. They're easy to set up for control from cell phone. Highest setting isn't very bright but does the job. Lowest setting is great for night light. So far, so good.
