Horrible. Wayyy too thick. Impossible to get out of the tube, impossible to shape. Will stick to anything immediately.

Hard to use

I bought this thing. It would be great for my bathroom renovation. I put it in a regular caulking gun and I broke my caulking gun. I’m trying to squeeze it out. I assumed it was my fault for just grabbing one of my cheaper caulking, guns so I went and got a heavy duty one and well it was no easier to get out. Great product!

I bought this because it was time to scrape off the old caulk and replace with some new. I love that this was waterproof, mildew resistant and paintable. This was my first time ever doing a project like this but it went on easily and stuck really well along my shower door/tile. Waited a few days for this to cure before using that shower again and it’s been excellent ever since.

Trash

Is thicker than most caulk/silicone and cost more than other products. Used it on a pvc base board in a bath and the next day after applying the sealant was very tacking and sticky like honey. Says it can take paint but acts like silicone rejecting it when going over the top of it. I used silicone from another brand it dried fine compared to this product.

Hard Times Applying

I bought the professional grade on the advise of a friend. I found it almost impossible to apply with my manual 'gun'. Am withholding judgement because I'm old and can blame the problem on my weak hands. The product itself seems to be quite good. Despite the thin line of caulk I was able to apply.

Too Thick!

When it says PRO Seal Max, they mean it. This product is extremely thick and hard to use. Leave it for the pros who have the right tools. My normal little caulking gun wasn't up to the task, I could barely squeeze out an inch at a time. I thought I had a defective tube until I read the other reviews! It should come with a warning label. A five minute job took me over an hour. I used maybe 1/3 of the tube and I'm throwing the rest out.

Good alternative to silicone

Wow, this stuff is thick and takes a lot of effort to squeeze out of the caulking gun. I wonder if I got a bad tube. It is also very sticky so it adheres good to shiny porcelain materials - that's a plus. No smell and fast drying - another plus. If it came out of the tube easier it would be a winner.

Way to thick

I attempted this because it appeared to be easier to clean than silicone. The first thing I noticed was that the tube was significantly heavier than silicone. After I put it in the caulk gun, I was squeezing very hard and nothing. Then re-pierced the foil and nothing came out. Eventually it very slowly worked out. Great Waterproofing Caulk

This white bathroom caulk is great for sealing around plumbing fixtures and seams around the kitchen and bathroom. It NEVER dried - still waiting!

An hour after application, I'm still waiting for it to dry... How is it paint-able 60 min after application if it never dries? It's spreading all over the place. I cleaned the surface, applied with the caulk gun, spread it out... and I'm still waiting! Oh, and there's no direction regarding dry time other than "immediate water ready" and "60 min paint ready".
