No strong acetic acid smell, like other silicone caulk. - Good consistency for application and smoothing - Dries quickly, so it has to be applied and smoothed in small areas, before it becomes tacky. Negatives: - Hard to smooth without leaving grooves and / or peaks wherever finger or tool disengages. Would RecommendWe use this all the time for sealing around drinking fountains and stainless sinks as well as mop sinks and always does very well and is flexible. It dries pretty fast as well. After returning dosen't appear to grow anything on it.

Hard to get the sealant out of the tube
I bought this to seal around my tub spout. The sealant was extremely hard to dispense. I cut the nozzle back twice expecting to get easier flow, but that didn't happen. There must be some built in constriction to hamper the flow. I almost had to stand on the tube to get the stuff out. Batch 501348 - use by 11-2027. This is 9-2026, so it should be good. When I finally got it out it was normal and easy to work with.
