Would RecommendRemember with silicone you have to use the entire tube at once because even if you cap the nozzle, the contents will harden. I end up wasting part of the tube each time. Also, paint will not go over the silicone smudges so you will have streaks and bare spots when you try to paint the area afterwards, so paint first, then apply silicone.

adhesion and waterproofing thumbs up!! flexibility wasn't a concern for me and mold-resistance well it was used outside so as long as you keep upkeep on windows and exterior it will all hold up well.
