Can't take the heat
These belts would work for a little while, giving a false sense of performance. Then, the glue on the tape that keeps the belt together would start to break down in chunks, and the belt sander would start hopping like the sander is hitting switches. This is warning to disengage the trigger lock because the belt is about to separate at the seam. Safest was when the whole belt separated. Worst was a partial separation that wound around everything. No lot tracking I could see - box included 1...
