Flexible and was able to cut sections to fit my pipes out of the single piece. Some sections, although it wraps so the adhesive wasn't necessary, it would separate from the rubber when you tried to peel the sticky strip covering. Pricier than the pool noodle style but liked it was flexible.

Would RecommendIt is easy to use, kept my exterior water pipes from freezing during the cold spell here in Florida. However, some of the glue is coming loose and now I’ll need to glue it back together so it doesn’t wear out sooner than later.
