What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this built-in microwave for its powerful cooking ability, even heating, and sensor technology that prevents overcooking. Reviewers consistently highlight the quiet operation, intuitive controls, and customizable sound settings as major improvements over older models. The sleek design with clean lines integrates seamlessly into kitchen cabinetry, while the generous interior space and bright LED display enhance usability. Installation is straightforward, and the microwave fits perfectly in existing cutouts. A few customers mention minor concerns about trim kit costs or door sound, though these represent outlier views. Nice size and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is quieter than the previous brand and easily fits a 13 x 9.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is good, cooks food evenly, has a lock feature so your kids don’t burn their fingers when food is done. The front is a bit shiny and the screen show every fingerprint…but the stainless border is easy to wipe

Microwave works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the microwave the only huge difference I experience with this one compared to the other ones is the lock before opening the door. This helps with the safety of younger kids wanting to open to avoid incidents.

Replaces my 20-year old Frigidaire Professional Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2006 vintage Frigidaire Professional Microwave finally failed (sparking and rust on a scratch inside the oven) and I wanted to keep the same series in my kitchen. It is much quieter in operation and also looks quite nice. I sincerely hope that I get at least 10-years of use as the microwave and trim kit is quite expensive, only time will tell. The trim kit doesn’t exactly match the one for the oven below it (extends out another 1/4”)...
