Ice maker is a serious disappointment

We love the look, room and features of this model. One criticism is the narrow slot for the water dispenser is very difficult to cleanly get water into a “yeti” sized cup (its radius is too wide and doesn’t push the dispenser). When you do get it to work, it usually dribbles water down the fridge and onto the floor. However, by far our biggest issue is the lack of ice production. We went through all the troubleshooting the manual described (water pressure, water filter, temperature, check line...

Compressor Failure

Only after two years, the compressor in the Freezer section failed. Shame because I really did like the style. If you purchase, make sure you buy the extended warranty.

Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The over all fridge has been great. The maker is a pain, I had to figure out how attach it to the top of the freezer, the off on switch is hidden and hard to find with out crawling in the freezer compartment.

Nice and roomy

Needs a better ice maker

Ice maker keeps falling off

Exactly the fridge you need

Bought it to replace a Samsung that was experiencing known issues and was expensive to repair and the repair people were not sure it would last much longer even with the repair. This fridge has all the needed features, and is great at keeping produce fresh! The snack zone is perfect for my son as well!!! No needed bells and whistles, just strong performance and peace of mind knowing it’s working so well!

Great fridge for the price

We didn't want the door to have water and ice dispensers, and the extra middle drawer has been super helpful for keeping meats and deli fresh. The ice dispenser works like a charm and is slow but works for us since we only need ice once a day. We run a RO water filter system through the fridge and have no need for the built in filtration system, so had to buy a bypass filter. The filter is expensive...

Our Favorite Refrigerator Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research, checked expert and consumer reviews, before choosing this Frigidaire model. The verdict after 3 weeks? Excellent! We love the layout. So much flexibility, with more storage seemingly than the technically larger fridge it replaced. The fridge doors close automatically once you get them to that “near closed” spot. Love the middle drawer storage with multiple cold settings. The bottom freezer is bigger than it first appear...
