Loved the fridge however nothing but trouble

We purchased this refrigerator in June of 2025. We love the look, size, style and everything about it but we’ve had nothing but issues with it. Firstly the ice maker hasn’t worked since day one. We’ve done the troubleshooting and nothing has worked. We didn’t necessarily buy it for the ice maker but we wanted to use it since we had it but it wasn’t worth having to take the unit back out and drive forty minutes to Lowe’s to try and exchange so we just used it as is because we also have a counte...

I’m loving my new fridge!

Frigidaire gallery four-door

It has a couple features that I didn’t remember seeing in the store thec two bottom drawers once you open them and then shut the handle lights up that stays on for a minute, the ice cubes are small and they’re in the shape of a pyramid. It will take some getting used to...

I am changing from a side-by-side to this unit with french doors. It is going to take some getting used to. I really like the openness of the french doors but it comes at a cost. The side-by-side compartment was narrow and a little cramped however it had a lot of door shelf space allowing you to compartmentalize sauces, dressings, condiments, etc. The french door unit is just the opposite with much less door space not to mention they are kind of awkwardly spaced. Expensive but Worth It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is huge and working very well. It is probably a little bigger than what my wife and I need but we will be putting it to good use. I will say that the “user guide” does not help with installation at all. You guys did not even tell us where to put any of the vents or filters, you just left us on our own for that one. Other than that, it has been working great.

First one lasted 12 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our fridge but it only lasted 12 months. Luckily the dealer was able to have it replaced with a new one. The size and design is wonderful. Prior to purchase I could not find ANY brand/model that seemed like a reliable fridge so we bought a 2-year extended warranty. Nothing seems to be made like the models "back in the day". Hopefully this replacement will last much longer this time around.

Already freezing over, ice maker is terrible

1. The Lowe's delivery drivers were terrible. Delivered my brand new fridge with a huge gash on the right side of the unit, right out of the box. 2. While getting it into the house, the delivery people, did not take off the fridge door, instead shoved the ridge through damaging our door frame and scratching the entire front of the fridge and freezer 3. Finish coming off after a year

We have had this refrigerator for about 18 months now and the finish is coming off all over. We only use soap and water on it. Sad. Otherwise the unit seems good.

Great refrigerator

Love when i put in the research on refrigerators and find out multiple times the products from Frigidaire are top self. Now I have to get the rest of the Gallery set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this refrigerator more than I expected. Love the self-closing doors and the wonderful cube-shaped ice cubes! The clear plastic on the vegetable containers means there are no forgotten item in the back of the drawer. And, it's quiet!
