Great features!

This microwave has a sleek, clean look and is very user friendly. It is so quiet I can hardly hear it, which I love. The techs arrived promptly and had my old microwave removed and the new one installed in about 15 minutes. So far, I am completely satisfied.

Fridgidaire Professional vs Gallery Microwavei.

We had the top of the line series, Frigidaire Professional microwave, initially, but the handle came off after 7 years. Not wanting to spend $800, we opted for the Gallery Fridgidare version for $400. Wow, what a difference. This one feels flimsy, the ventilation fan isn't as strong over the cooktop, etc.

I bought this microwave less than a month ago. It has lived up to expectations so far. As has beem mentioned in other reviews, the fan at the highest setting is a little too noisy for my tastes. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. On the other hand, it is 1 of the few that has a 400 CFM rating rather than 300 CFM maximum draw. I run the fan at the middle (medium) setting and use the high setting only when necessary to get around the noise issue. I particularly like the roomier 1.9 cu ft ca...

Beautiful interior, easy to see while working. Easy to understand menu. Works exactly as expected.

Easy to install

I bought this to replace our old microwave. It was easy to install, even with having to match up to an existing outside vent. I just needed to take my time and place the provided mounting templates carefully. It has worked very well for us so far. The lighting is very bright, which is helpful when we use our stove.

Great Microwave

I bought this last month. Installation through Lowe’s went smoothly. We are very happy with the performance so far. We were looking for something high quality and straightforward (not excessive buttons or features) and we got it.

Microwave is easy to operate. I use my a lot so I missed not having one when my other one died.

Quality degrades within 1.5 years

We bought ours March 2025. We installed the it above our stove. We noticed Delamination (film starts to bubble over the numbers). It has gotten much worse. I called Customer Service and they said it is normal if cooking over stove & to replace, it costs $441. Terrible Service and Terrible product.

Works well. Nice upgrade.

Upgraded from a 10 year old appliance to this microwave. Pretty impressed with the touch screen, modern settings, LED's, fan settings. Our old appliance was garbage so it isn't hard to be impressed. Only issue so far is the left fan filter will occasionally fall out when closing the door. Hasn't been an issue so far, but if we had a pot of food on a burner and it happened, could fall into the food.
