What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the dishwasher for its near-silent operation and exceptional cleaning performance. Most highlight the remarkably quiet 42 dBA rating, noting it barely disturbs family spaces, while many commend thorough, spotless results from the multidirectional spray system and smart soil-sensing technology. The sleek stainless steel design, illuminated status lights, and user-friendly controls receive frequent appreciation. A few mention minor concerns about bottom rack sticking and limited top rack vertical space, but overall, reviewers strongly recommend this model for its reliability and performance.

Would RecommendReplaced a 20 year old Frigidaire. Change out was simple, only needed a 3/4 to 3/8 elbow. Have only run two loads but am very impressed with the cleaning results and the quietness! Capacity seems much larger than my old one. The only thing I miss is a utility basket for larger utensils.
dishwasher
I like to give the product some time before writing a review, but so far so good for the cleaning and the quite and the features. Only feature I don't like is the bottom rack tilts always like it is going to go back in vs laying flat until it gets pushed back in.

Dead on arrival
Would Not RecommendWaited 3 weeks for it to arrive. Spent an hour installing it. The control panel was not functional. Spent 2 hours finding another one to replace it with. This is my 4th Frigidaire dish washer that I’ve purchased over the years and it is my last.

Solid unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a nice unit. Only issue I have found is the door doesn’t lay all the way flat and springs up a bit making loading more challenging than it should. Had it adjusted via a tech. Better, but not great.

Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does a relatively good job at getting the dishes clean and dry. I have had some issues with film from dried on tea or coffee or milk not coming completely clean. But that’s on me. I only run the dishwasher every second or third day so I need to do a better job of making sure that I rinse the dishes out better before I put them in.

Solid Replacement of my old unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher washes and dries well, but it definitely needs a rinse aid - which I did not need with my old model. My biggest complaint is that the door doesn't lay down flat, which means the bottom rack doesn't pull all the way out, making it hard to load. It is very quiet!

Worse dishwasher I have ever owned. I live in a small condo and purchased this dishwasher because it was marketed as being super quiet. It has been the opposite. Sounds like a boat rushing through my kitchen. So disappointed.
