Outstanding Process

I had a problem. I had to replace a refrigerator that fit into a defined hole in kitchen. I went to Lowes because that is where we buy most of our appliances. The salesman said almost all the samples would not fit the defined area and showed two that would not. I did not like them. Never buy this product!

I bought my first refrigerator 6 years ago and it started leaking water. Then I bought a new one to replace it and it didn’t work, it never cooled. I lost all the food. Don’t buy this refrigerator.

5 Months and fried

I got this delivered in April and now in September, the computer system/control panel fried out. It started randomly beeping when nothing was wrong with the power, not even a flicker. Click the button it cleared... and now it just died.. panel is just flashing and fridge wont turn on. There is power to it, the light comes on. Tried plugging in a different outlet, same thing. Now company not avail for service for 4 days... which means all my goods will now be spoiled. Pass on this unit!

Failed to deliver

I took the day off work, I was scheduled for delivery of a refrigerator from 0800-1200. I was up and waiting since 0730, it is currently 1700 and I have not been contacted about my delivery.

Most horrible experience ever

Lowe’s is the worst company that I ever order a refrigerator from. their delivery People are horrible. They will not turn off any shut off valves in the house to the refrigerator. They look for any excuse not to do the installation. My tenant wanted to shut off the water for them, but they said they will still not do the installation. I’ve had many refrigerated deliver and installed and never seen such lazy, incompetent workers as Lowe’s. I will never use their services again or shop at Lowe’s ...

The water dispenser and the i e maker work flawlessly, furthermore the interior lighting is bright and clean. I love the lights indicator that shews water oh ice, also shows in red letters when the doors are open. It has plenty of room for my grocery. If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality fridge, this is the one to get."
