Ratings & Reviews for Frigidaire Professional 18.9-cu ft Freezerless Refrigerator ( Smudge-Proof Stainless Steel ) ENERGY STAR

Professional Frigidaire Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend. We recently purchased this new model after having an older model for over 10 years. The only thing I find inconvenient is the Sabbath Mode which I haven’t found a way to completely disable so I have to do it every time it activates. Although very easy to do, it is still an inconvenience.

My husbands dream refrigerator and freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We demolished and rebuilt the kitchen end of our house. This was the one thing my husband wanted in the kitchen.

Suits My Needs Perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a two-level house. I wanted a full refrigerator on the top floor and a full freezer on the bottom floor, it is easy to store food and realize in a single glance what I have on hand. One of the drawers is mis-aligned, so a service tech is coming out this week to have a look at it. I'm a little surprised at this quality issue. Fridge looks amazing, storage area is smart and plentiful. Very happy with the esthetics and storage layout.

Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the options available in the shelving. The lighting is amazing, and the fresh air filter works well. Filtered cold water is nice.

Overall - 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, both units are working fine and look great in the space. Biggest complaint is the ice maker does not make a lot of volume of ice and the filler trays are so small. Easy to run out of ice. Huge disappointment.

Love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a new fridge and freezer pair for a new build and this set was perfect because they can be paired or stand alone. I wanted my freezer in the pantry and fridge in the kitchen. I love how the shelves fit all things in a way that I can see every item. The crisper drawers are great at keeping my fruit and veg fresh and the divided bottom is compartment is perfect for separating non compatible foods. I also love the light inside both fridg...

Love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator! It’s perfect for organizing everything to make it easy to locate items. Love that the water dispenser is inside the refrigerator and takes up no space! Looks gorgeous in my new home.

Beautiful fridge but extremely small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is beautiful. The shelves are adjustable but only to a limit. The water dispenser is nice providing chilled water anytime. My only complaint is that the capacity is extremely small.

I love the space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a separate refrigerator and a separate freezer. This combo is perfect for me. I love the glass shelves, the produce drawer right in the middle where you see it all the time, and all the storage space on the door. I miss having a butter drawer, and I miss having a meat drawer, but I've figured out how to do without them. I purchased two OXO shelves that give me more space for small things. All in all, I am delighted with my new fridge!

The best fridge hands down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely beyond happy with our purchase. It is sleek and has so many incredible components and features that make it an incredible product. I highly recommend this item to all.

So much space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new fridge paired with my freezer. Hidden feature I found is a water dispenser tucked on the left. What a great surprise!

Full side refrig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my full size refrig and freezer. Thought it us smaller then my last one I have organized it and everything is easy to see.

Clean modern look and excellent storage bins and shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model fits perfectly in a modern kitchen and offeres excellent, well lit storage with excellent storage options for fruits, vegetables and meats. The water dispensor is well integrated and easy to use, and access to the water filter is easy and does not requiring moving the unit to access it

DO NOT GET DELIVERY

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM LOWES! I purchased $10k worth of refrigerator/freezer from them only for them to deliver just 2/3 appliances. I then had to make dozens of calls to figure out why they didn't complete the order. One was rescheduled and they canceled the delivery in the last 30 minutes of the delivery window. The third time they were trying to deliver the wrong appliance. It took several more calls to straighten it all out and finally get my appliance delivered weeks later. We're never ...

Love the look.. needs additional shelving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the freezer/refrigerator side by side for a vacation home. We usually have 8-12 people. I love the look of the side by side units. I would love it if they could make it a little deeper and it really needs an additional shelf in both units bc there is a lot of unusable space due to what appears to be a missing shelf. I guess I could buy additional shelves but I really think they should be included. I’ll have to ad some photos when I re...

Total Piece of Junk

Do not buy this piece of junk. We have had two mother board replacements and this refrigerator has iced up, gone into demo mode, shut down, goes into beeping mode on any power outage and does not reset, and has ruined numerous refrigerator full of food! It is only 2.5 years old and has caused us more upset, time, money and grief. And the same goes for the matching freezer which has had to be totally replaced once. Meanwhile, while I type this our 35 year old refrigerator is holding our food wh...
